Magnolia Promenade remake progress

Hi, Guys !! Sorry not posting for a while....

I'm working on remake the magnolia promenade and i'm sorry if this one taking like forever LOL ( Due there was a long holiday and stuffs )
i wanna make sure that everything in this world be perfect and that's why this remake taking so long...
i think it's already 60 % done ATM....

But i already set deadline that i will publish this remake at the end of august ( MAX ) :D

Tips for you who want to build custom world:
- just make sure everything perfect in everything when you make the world...cause if not, the editing / remaking will take longer and more complicated than when you make the world !! LOL

Remaking "Magnolia Promenade"

Sorry for not post anything for awhile, guyss !

So, When i playing in magnolia promenade, i think there are much mistakes when i built that world....i, myself, feel like not attracted to play on this world and i think that means this world need a serious help LOL !!
so i decided to do a remake for this world under a new name later....

Why i decided to do remake for this world ?

1. This world is the most time consuming i ever had when build a world....so i don't want it to be invain
2. I admit that this world structure is messy like i was drunk when made this LOLL !! :DD
3. i think i'm gonna populate this world to make the gameplay more complete
4. Adding more EP lot so you don't need to go anywhere (Except for adventure world )

For you guys who still don't know which one to download, i still keep the data of the former one to download so you can choose which one to download after the remake is done.

Who are they ??

The Suit And Tie Boys is a male group in sims 3 which their's appearance is just a poster. So i tried to make them into a sims and make them as celebrities and put them in the town...

What are EPs or SPs required for them ??

I suggest you to have all EPs because i can't figure out from which EP their clothes and hair from...But the EP that you must really have is Late Night and Showtime to make them as celebrities and a group band in a big city like Bridgeport or Custom world. The concepts are fit to them....You don't need any SPs or Store item to play them, but you need some CC hairs (Link at bottom of the post)

Tips making an upside-down house

What is upside-down house ?

Upside-down house is a house that it's front door, living room, and kitchen are on the upper floor and main rooms like bed room, swimming pool, and etc are on the ground floor. if you are a player of GTA V, you'll understand what i'm talking about when i said franklin's hill house LOL....the steps that i will tell you isn't require any constrain elevation cheat !! ( i'm not a fan of using cheats when building houses except for CAW thing )

Where to build this kind of house ?

This kind of house is looks good when you build it on a slope area like hill...never try to build this in THE MIDDLE OF CITY AREA like bridgeport has. it will looks WEIRD !! i've tested it LOL

Let's Begin !!

Step 1:

Choose a lot that you want build this house on...like i suggest you before, you better build this on a slope area instead on a flat one...

Step 2:

Use the flatten tool in build mode to make flat the lot...it's up to you how big and where you want to flat it...but REMEMBER THIS !! : the gap between flatten area and the original area must not higher than the height of the wall so you can put the stair and terrace to access the main door...i suggest about 3/4 height of wall...

Step 3:

Build a square / rectangle for the ground and upper floor on the flatten area and...we can edit it later...

Step 4:

Put tiles on each floor...

Step 5:

On the upper floor, build a 45 degree wall ( it's not must like that but i prefer this way ) and delete the outside wall. it will look like this...

Step 6:

After that, put tiles until it reach the original area and put the front door and stair(s)...this will be your house's terrace area...when you've done building the house, use soften terrain in terrain tools to soft the area that you think looks weird...

Step 7:

You've done the important steps for building this house...you can start design the house like whatever you want !!

What's in this world ?

- Chinese Village replace fishing spot on the right edge of sunset valley

- Luxury hill houses added on the hill, left side of the beach

- Houses become high rise building

- Big diving spot
- Campus area that help you gain some simoleons
- Metropolitan scenery for sunset valley

*Caution: i just realized that this world has all workplace for career and profession but for Science Career...If it doesn't bother you, you good to go !!
